Can I store pies with merengue on them in the fridge? Or will it make the merengue weep?
AKA Runny.. My brother requested chocolate pie with merengue and it actually turned out very good :)
I had to get out the propane torch to brown the top but, what the hey, right? :) No worries, I made a call to my MOM!

For a while after the wedding I was beat. I mean beat right down into the ground. I think I spent more time in bed than I did out of it.

BUT

What's been keeping me away more recently is the fact that I'm feeling GOOD! HOORAY! Not "non-MS" good but, I'll take it anyday! I'm thinking more clearly, I'm not wall walking and most importantly I feel like and want to do things! Weeeeeeeeee!

I was honestly starting to think there would never be a good day again but, lo and behold there are still good days left in me.

Hubby and I found out last night we are going to be grandparents again! Our second daughter is expecting her second baby. This will be Lexy's new baby brother or sister. If you're keeping count, this will be grandchild #5! So far we have 2 girls and 2 boys, so this one will be a bonus, whatever gender it is. Personally, I'm hoping for a boy but, will be happy w/ whatever we're given. I really just want a healthy baby.

My little Peanut is doing well and is like our child. I have new pictures of him (our little Yorkie) and I'm going to post them, just as soon as I get around to it.

I'm sorry to all my friends here. Even though I haven't been to your blog lately, I think of you all often.
