He's a little puff ball right now :) Sorry that you're experiencing the "no rain" situation. We've been dry for a couple of months now. posted by: doeeyed (reply) post date: 09.26.07 (3:54 pm) Reply to: FinalyFree Blowing it your way :) posted by: squirrelzone (reply) post date: 09.26.07 (3:55 pm) Reply to: doeeyed We haven't had any rain here really since March :( posted by: emerging (reply) post date: 09.26.07 (6:24 pm) I love rain - and listening to Enya! posted by: doeeyed (reply) post date: 09.26.07 (6:52 pm) Reply to: emerging I actually enjoyed it today. It was very cozy :) posted by: PastorDave (reply) post date: 09.26.07 (7:54 pm) Aren't indoor dogs stupid when trying to take a potty break in the rain? The dog is getting drenched. Yet he absolutely must find the perfect spot for his business. He checks out about three dozen such sites. Then, he tries mightily and nothing emerges. So, he starts the process over again. It's a reminder that, no matter how you have worked to humanize your pet, he is still a stupid dog. posted by: doeeyed (reply) post date: 09.27.07 (5:56 am) Reply to: PastorDave Excuse me? My little Peanut is anything but stupid! It was the stupid human who put him out on his lead that caused him to get soaking wet. posted by: PastorDave (reply) post date: 09.27.07 (6:30 am) Reply to: doeeyed Sorry. Obviously he can't be stupid with a name like Peanut. posted by: apyjo (reply) post date: 09.27.07 (3:30 pm) An umbrella hat for pups ??? posted by: doeeyed (reply) post date: 09.27.07 (3:55 pm) Reply to: apyjo Now there's an idea ;) posted by: consciousphobic (reply) post date: 10.01.07 (2:04 am) I have lots of towls on hand as all of mine are indoor dogs and very smart too! posted by: doeeyed (reply) post date: 10.01.07 (3:41 am) Reply to: consciousphobic Hi CP! Yep, little Peanut is almost human sometimes, I swear! He understands what we say to him, can pick up things with his front paws and can commnicate what he wants to us very well :) And sometimes even better than a human! He doesn't care if I need to lay down or when I eat or where I go. No judgements, no complaints! Gotta love those doggies. posted by: ggirl (reply) post date: 10.02.07 (10:20 am) Well, if you're my dog, Andy, you go out when it's raining the hardest, find a bare spot under a tree and start digging. Then you come roaring through the back door with your face (blonde with a white mask)and all four white legs completely black with mud. Then you jump up on your person (who's recently had surgery) exuberantly. What's not fun about that? lol! |
